Concerfy is the platform dedicated to the recruitment of professionals – so called because it includes musicians and technicians – from the world of performing arts and live music, with a variety of all the most representative musical styles. In case you want to know more, Concerfy is an acronym for “Concert finds you”.

Concerfy was born for musicians, singers, technicians and other professionals in the music world to focus all their efforts on performance and get paid for their performances.
We provide a platform so that the professional can be known internationally and facilitate the contracting of the same based on the criteria established by the professional. Concerfy establishes as obligatory payment both the fee and the payment of the transport to and from the event and has established that payments must be made up to 72 hours after the event or concert.

Signing up is easy, just create an account.

To do so, you must create a user name or e-mail address and password, fill in the data such as your place of residence, which is necessary for the search of the professional, your e-mail address, telephone number and IBAN to be able to send you notifications and payments.

You must then either do at least one profile or one project, or both.

Both in the profile and in the project you will have to fill in the parameters that are requested, some are compulsory and others are optional, however, Concerfy recommends filling in all the parameters as they will be included in clause I of the particular conditions of contract, both for the contractor and for the professional.

Registration implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions and the particular conditions between Concerfy and the professional.

A profile is for an individual professional who wishes to be hired individually either by contractors or by other musicians or even to replace another musician in a group who for various reasons will not be performing at a particular concert.

You can be hired by both contractors and professionals within Concerfy. In the profile, the price established is that of a single professional always to facilitate the hiring in case of substitution or in case the professional does not need more professionals for the musical event, for example, a pianist, a soloist or a singer or musician who offers his services to other groups or bands in addition to contractors.

A project can be created through two different starting points.

The first option is that it can come from an individual profile who wants to launch a product such as a new album – and needs to propose a new cache -, a project in collaboration with other professionals who have their own profile, or a professional who wants to tour with other artists and technicians.

In a project there will always be a representative who will receive the payments and it is the professional from whose account the project has been created, where the payments will be linked.

In this first tab of the main menu, you will find the professional you are looking for by category, it is a quick way to search by category.

It is a quick search field by musical genre, which initially does not include the musical sub-genres that the professional can choose in their profile or project. This does not generate any conflict in the search as each time a professional selects a musical sub-genre he/she will be previously choosing its related genre, so we will find it simply with the musical genre category.

Here we will find the events we want to create in such a way that when we select one, it will pre-select the professionals who would be willing to perform in those events, it is not the same to play in a pub than in a church, or in a private dinner than in an auditorium.

Professionals choose in their profile or project the venues – so called from the professional’s perspective, also called events – where they want to be recruited.

We cannot overlook the fact that Concerfy is an idea registered by musicians and professionals in the world of music, this tab serves to establish a direct search pattern by musical instrument.

As with the musical genres, the musician in his profile or project can select other musical instruments of the same family or subcategories of the same instrument, as he will have previously selected the main related instrument.

For example, the professional plays the saxophone or saxophone although he wants to highlight that he is specialised in the soprano, alto and tenor saxophone which he will mark in his profile. The professional will be found in the search engine by instruments in the saxophone instrument and if we select his profile, once inside we will see his specialisation in these three types of saxophones.

It is very useful when looking for a very specific instrumentalist among the specialists of that instrument.

The Recruitment section is a search filter by different categories to help you in your search for a professional according to the following parameters: location, distance to reference point, distance to you, cache between, number of professionals, genre, instrument, venues or events among others.

The magnifying glass is a search engine to search by professional or artist name, band or group name or other search parameters.

Once you have chosen by multiple factors and found the artist, you will see a tab with the final price, which you must accept. The next box will be a date reservation or a recruitment request, which is the same thing.

Once in this section, the artist will receive a date reservation notification, which is the reservation of the day, place and time of the performance that is sent to the professional in order for him to accept the hiring request. Professionalmust accept or refuse within a maximum of 48 hours.

If the request is accepted, a 10% reservation fee is payable.

If the contractor does not accept it or ignores it for 48 hours, that 10% is returned to the contractor and the contractor is urged to find other available professionals for that date.

Once accepted by the professional, you will have two payment options:

Payment of the remaining 90% at the moment the professional accepts the contract request.

Payment of the remaining 40% is due at the moment the professional accepts the hiring request, and up to 72 hours before the event, the remaining 50% must be paid or the entire amount paid will be forfeited due to breach of contract and as a penalty clause.

You can make a date reservation up to 72 hours before an event, but as soon as the professional accepts the booking, you will be able to book the event the recruitment request, the remaining 90% payment must also be in Concerfy’s account up to 72 hours before the event.

As we have thought about it, our POS allows automatic online payment.

By means of the artistic solidarity clause and in order to avoid cancelling the event, the professional who cannot attend must first of all look for alternatives or substitutes from among other professionals, if this does not affect a fundamental part of the show such as the lead singer of the group not singing.

If the cancellation is 72 hours before the event, Concerfy undertakes to return the payment in full to the contractor so that he can look for alternatives or if the contractor wishes, we can look for alternatives for a similar or lower price, always paying him the resulting difference between one and the other.

If, on the other hand, it is a supervening cause, such as an accident, due to illness of the artist, death of a family member or any circumstance of this nature and it occurs within 72 hours before the event, we can only proceed to the professional looking for a substitute as mentioned in the first paragraph or proceed directly to the reimbursement of the full payment.

In this circumstance and in order to avoid a very serious fault and possible liabilities, the professional must always justify the incident by sending an email to inci@concerfy.com.

Concerfy will refund the full amount of the event, except for expenses that cannot be refunded, such as accommodation, in the event that it does not allow a refund, subsistence, if it has already been used just before the cancelled event, and transport if the event is cancelled when the artist is on the way to the event or has already arrived at the venue.

In other words, everything that has not been used in terms of per diems and transport will be reimbursed. Likewise, if there is accommodation in the contract and cancellation is permitted, the CONTRACTOR shall be reimbursed for the same.

At Concerfy we aim to ensure that both the professional and the client are always satisfied. We offer you a variety of professional profiles and projects so that you can choose freely from among them all.

Concerfy sets the conditions that are stipulated to ensure that the event will be carried out in accordance with the general, particular and specific conditions.

If you want to close your account, just click on the “Close account” button in your profile.

““Close account” will mean that you keep all your data intact, but nobody will be able to search for your profiles or projects you have entered as they will be hidden. To reopen the account you will have to click on the “Reopen account” button.

Do not confuse “Close account” with “Delete account”.

If you wish to delete the account, all your photos, videos, audios will be deleted and cannot be recovered, and you will have to go through the whole process again if you wish to reinstate the account.

The delete account option will be available below the close account/ reopen account button.

Also, when you click on it, underneath you will see a search map of professionals in your area within a distance radius that you can manipulate, for this you have allowed Concerfy to know your location.

Of course, Concerfy is a platform in constant improvement and revision that seeks musical excellence and that we are a large family of professionals in the world of music in which, despite the competition in our sector, we value the idiosyncrasies of each instrument or speciality and respect the ethical principles of Concerfy.
